Description
The Logistics Operations Manager will report to the Logistics Site Manager and lead a team of dock supervisors while coordinating and optimizing parcel-delivery logistics activities. Responsibilities include resource and human-resource planning, carrier and subcontractor management, tender and invoicing oversight, operational reporting, continuous improvement, workplace compliance, and team development. The role is permanent and full-time, with morning or afternoon shifts, Monday through Saturday, and compensation of €35,000 to €38,000 gross per year.
