Description
The Logistics Operations Manager reports to the Logistics Site Manager and leads a team of dock/yard managers while coordinating parcel-receiving and dispatching activities. The role optimizes operational resources, human resources, service-provider selection, carrier compliance, contractual procedures, reporting, and continuous improvement; it also manages team development, performance dashboards, health and safety, and working conditions. The position is permanent, full-time, managerial, and pays €35,000 to €38,000 gross per year.
