BESTpro Personalkonzepte GmbH is recruiting a direct-hire Operations Manager for a metal-industry foundry in Solingen. The role manages and organizes foundry production, plans and monitors manufacturing processes, ensures quality and cost targets, leads production employees, optimizes workflows, and coordinates with quality, maintenance, logistics, customers, and suppliers. Candidates must hold a graduate engineering degree in foundry technology and have several years of foundry-industry experience, including leadership experience. The position offers 40–40 hours per week, above-agreement pay, bonuses, extensive benefits, and a high conversion rate to permanent employment.
