DH Pace Company, Inc. is hiring an Operations Manager for its growing Entry Door Division in Atlanta, Georgia. The role manages day-to-day customer operations, oversees projects and Project Managers, improves processes, reviews financial and operational reports, supports sales, and handles hiring, training, performance management, and coaching. Candidates should have at least three years of management experience, preferably a bachelor’s degree, and ideally experience with doors, frames, hardware, Division 8, construction project management, building-material installation, technical applications, and mechanical/electrical systems. The position is hands-on and deadline- and customer-service-oriented, with medical, dental, and vision coverage and other benefits.
