Ingram Content Group is hiring an Operations Manager to support its Manufacturing team in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania. The role manages printing, trimming, case binding, shipping, materials, equipment, order routing, staffing, quality control, customer complaints, and rush orders for assigned Lightning Source Production departments. The manager supervises associates and supervisors, approves evaluations and hiring decisions, oversees training, and ensures safety and hazardous-material compliance. The position follows a Sunday–Tuesday 7 a.m.–7 p.m. shift plus every other Saturday 7 a.m.–7 p.m., requires a college degree or directly related year-for-year experience, at least three years of management experience, and at least one year of manufacturing experience, and offers a salary range of $102,061 to $129,414 plus medical, prescription drug, HSA, vision, dental, and other benefits.
