Indeed Flex is hiring a full-time Operations Manager (Marketplace) for an in-office role in the Domain area of Texas, with the option to work from home on Thursdays. The role owns marketplace operational performance, including throughput, quality, CSAT, SLA compliance, workforce planning, scheduling, supervisor and lead development, change management, talent pipelines, SQL-based reporting and dashboards, data-quality remediation, and tuning of AI agent prompts and automated workflows. The position pays $90,000 to $120,000 annually, includes a performance-based bonus, medical, dental, vision, and 401K benefits, and requires Monday through Friday work with occasional evening or weekend duties.
