The Operations Manager supports the Branch Manager in delivering quality service, maximizing branch productivity and logistics, and ensuring safety, customer service, and process compliance. Responsibilities include analyzing business performance, recruiting and developing staff, managing performance, overseeing rental and vehicle maintenance operations, coordinating paperwork and client communications, and maintaining safety protocols. The role requires a valid driver license, strong communication and organizational skills, mechanical aptitude, Microsoft Office proficiency, and preferably a bachelor’s degree and four years of operations experience in manufacturing or construction.
