Description
HIVED is hiring an on-site Night Operations Manager to oversee night-shift warehouse operations, including inbound processing, scanning, sorting, tracking, staffing, escalations, safety, quality, and preparation for the morning set-off. The role leads supervisors and handlers, manages shift performance, develops standards and operating procedures, and reports into the site leader. It follows a four-days-on, three-days-off rotation requiring one weekend day, and requires 4–6 years of experience leading night shifts or last-mile operations.
