OnLogic is hiring an Operations Manager to lead daily hands-on operations across warehouse management, manufacturing, and customer support. The role coordinates resources and shifts, monitors performance indicators, improves floor workflows, ensures ISO 9001:2015 and LEAN compliance, and supports team onboarding and scaling. Candidates need leadership experience in manufacturing, ERP and capacity-planning knowledge, strong communication and analytical skills, and a bachelor's degree; computer-hardware affinity is a plus. The salary is €4,000 to €6,000 per month, with vacation, pension, travel reimbursement, profit sharing, and employee stock purchase opportunities.
