Description
Dexterra Group is hiring an Operations Manager, Oilsands to lead the Lodge Management team and oversee field operations for hospitality locations. The role reports to the District Manager of the Oilsands, manages operational processes, safety, quality, customer service, finance, employee performance, profitability, and compliance, and requires approximately 80% field work with some weekend availability. Candidates need at least eight years of operations management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, change-oriented environment.
