The role leads and supports approximately 10 Operational Control Centre Operators, develops their competencies, coordinates shifts and resources, ensures compliance with operational procedures and safety requirements, and supports continuous improvement across wind-turbine monitoring, high-voltage control, and marine coordination. The position requires experience supporting or managing operational teams, several years of professional experience in operations, engineering, business management, or a related field, strong stakeholder collaboration and communication skills, and professional English proficiency.
