Description
DHL Supply Chain is hiring an Operations Manager II for a rotating day-shift role at a warehouse, with hours of 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. and a schedule alternating between Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday and Wednesday, Thursday, Friday. The role leads supervisors and indirect reports, develops workflows and labor plans, standardizes processes, supports health and safety compliance, tracks KPIs, collaborates with HR and cross-functional teams, and partners with customers. A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred, while at least one year of logistics industry experience and two years of supervisory or management experience are required.
