DHL Supply Chain is hiring an Operations Manager II to lead and develop supervisors and indirect reports across three geographically dispersed warehouse locations, requiring approximately 50% travel between Channahon, Illinois; Memphis, Tennessee; and Waddell, Arizona. The role focuses on workflow and labor planning, process standardization, productivity and cost improvement, health and safety compliance, KPI reporting, hiring support, customer order fulfillment, and customer satisfaction. Candidates need at least one year of logistics industry experience and two years in a supervisory or management role; a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
