DHL Supply Chain is hiring an Operations Manager II to lead and develop warehouse supervisors and indirect reports, improve warehouse workflows and productivity, maintain health and safety compliance, track KPIs, support hiring, and collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams. The role requires at least one year of logistics experience and two years in a supervisory or management role; a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred. The schedule is Sunday through Thursday from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m., with additional shifts possibly required, and the national salary range is $72,000 to $85,000.
