Lybab is hiring a full-time Environmental Contracting Operations Manager to lead the operation of recycling centers, reuse stations, and mobile collection services in Stockholm and the surrounding area, based at the Lidingö office. The role manages the operating contract, client satisfaction, staffing, restructuring, strategic decisions, procurement, and compliance with applicable laws and agreements. Candidates need at least four years of supervisory experience with personnel responsibility, strong leadership and organizational skills, Swedish language proficiency, and a Category B driving licence. The position offers permanent employment, a possible probationary period, immediate or agreed start, a fixed monthly salary, and a wellness allowance.
