Relay is hiring an Operations Manager, Operative Acquisition to own the end-to-end supply funnel for operatives across its sortation sites. The role covers applicant attraction, qualification, training, activation, retention, forecasting, paid acquisition, compliance, automation, reporting, and shift-fill processes. It requires a growth or operations background, SQL proficiency, experience with high-volume hiring or onboarding, and familiarity with Right to Work checks. The position is based in Relay’s Shoreditch office, with four days on-site and one day remote.
