Description

The Operations Manager will support the National Wildlife Federation’s Program Operations team by developing operational performance metrics, analyzing data, mapping and improving processes, documenting best practices, training staff, and providing budget and grant management support. The role reports to the Senior Director of Program Operations, collaborates with Finance, Philanthropy, Legal, Human Resources, and Accounts Payable, and is remote with approximately 1–2 trips per year. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least five years of relevant experience, strong project management and data-analysis skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and tools such as Smartsheet or Airtable. Compensation is $72,000–$80,000, with health, dental, vision, retirement, leave, and other benefits.
