Description
The Operations Manager reports to the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager and is responsible for consistent store operations, shipment and replenishment, inventory accuracy, back-of-house organization, safety, cleanliness, asset protection, product launches, and operational compliance. The role also leads and coaches Selling Associates, manages workforce actions, maintains visual merchandising standards, and collaborates with cross-functional partners. The position requires strong retail leadership, selling, coaching, business ownership, talent development, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and a flexible schedule.
