Description
The Operations Manager - Process & Automation will design, implement, and continuously improve end-to-end operational processes across teams, translate business needs into workflows and decision paths using RACI and DACI, and build and maintain automations with tools such as Make, Zapier, and n8n. The role also covers process adoption, cross-team handoffs, performance metrics, bottleneck removal, and partnership with leadership to create scalable operational systems. It requires prior operations or business operations experience, hands-on automation and systems-thinking skills, bilingual Polish and English proficiency, and offers 8,500–14,500 PLN net plus VAT monthly on a B2B basis with 100% remote work.
