Description
The Operations Manager, Production will lead daily operations for a high-volume food preparation, cooking, plating, fulfillment, and food-safety-and-quality center, managing 100+ employees and building a leadership pipeline. The role oversees production scheduling, quality, safety, cost, delivery, continuous improvement, KPIs, and cross-functional coordination with R&D and headquarters, while working on the shop floor and supporting a positive workplace culture. The position offers two Sunday–Wednesday or Wednesday–Saturday shifts from 3:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m., with weekend and night-shift availability, and includes health and wellness benefits, a 401(k) match, PTO, and an Arizona pay range of $77,175 to $105,000 USD.
