Description
The Navy Exchange Service Command is hiring an Operations Manager at Guantanamo Bay Naval Base to oversee store support, customer service, front-end and back-room operations, facilities, staffing, payroll, sales audits, inventory, vendor contracting, safety and security compliance, and related operational functions. The role manages budgets and operating expenses, supervises personnel, coordinates with base departments, and reports to the General Manager, Exchange Manager, or equivalent. It requires substantial administrative, supervisory, managerial, and retail or services operations experience, HazMat training within 90 days, and filing of an OGE Form 450.
