Description

Standard Nuclear is hiring an on-site Operations Manager in Richland, Washington to lead the development and execution of an advanced fuel production project. The role manages equipment delivery, installation, commissioning readiness, schedules, risks, action items, documentation, and coordination with engineering, operations, vendors, contractors, and Framatome site teams. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 5–10+ years of project management, manufacturing startup, commissioning, installation, field engineering, or technical program execution experience, and is based on-site in a manufacturing and industrial environment.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Operations, Industrial Technology, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered
Required Previous Experiences: 5–10+ years of experience in project management, manufacturing startup, commissioning, equipment installation, field engineering, industrial operations, or technical program execution
Experience managing schedules, action trackers, risks, dependencies, issue escalation, and stakeholder communication
Experience coordinating installation or commissioning of manufacturing equipment, process systems, modular equipment, industrial systems, or production lines
Experience working with engineering, operations, maintenance, facilities, quality, safety, vendors, contractors, and partner organizations
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in nuclear, chemical processing, advanced manufacturing, aerospace, defense, energy, or other regulated technical environments
Experience working in joint venture, customer-site, partner-site, or matrixed project environments
