Description
Foundry Robotics is hiring a full-time Operations Manager in Emeryville to build and run workforce operations for 50+ contractors performing UMI gripper, egocentric, and VR teleop data collection. The role owns the contractor lifecycle, shift planning, operator performance and quality, onboarding and certification, floor QA, rig readiness, contractor timekeeping, payroll, safety, and continuous improvement, while partnering with Technical Program Management and Robotics Data on calibration, QA specifications, and data pipelines. Candidates should have 3–5 years managing a contractor or hourly workforce of 30+ in a high-throughput environment, with experience building workforce programs and improving operational metrics. The position offers a base salary of $150,000–$250,000 USD, equity, and comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage.
