IEM is hiring an Operations Manager for its Jacksonville, Florida location to own the end-to-end production value stream and drive operational performance, safety, quality, delivery, cost, and efficiency. The role leads a cross-functional production team, manages production scheduling and resource utilization, applies Lean manufacturing and data-driven problem-solving methods, and collaborates with Planning, Materials, Quality, Engineering, and Maintenance. It requires 100% in-office presence, a second shift from 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m., and 3–5 years of manufacturing leadership experience.
