As an Operations Manager Senior (GOV) at PNC's AR Advantage Operations organization, you will define and execute the overall strategy for your business functional unit, manage multiple site functions, and lead a team of managers and supervisors. You will be responsible for achieving business results, resolving complex issues, providing coaching and development, consulting with service partners, identifying strategic improvement initiatives, and owning the control framework for unit(s) of responsibility.
