Description
The Contingent Workforce Management Lead serves as the overall manager and administrator for a contracted support effort, acting as the primary contractor interface for government program authorities. The role oversees contract execution, staffing, reporting, performance, risks, deliverables, schedules, and coordination across government, military, and contractor teams, while providing leadership and mentoring to contractor personnel. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, an active Secret security clearance, more than 10 years of relevant experience, and at least five years supporting Naval Aviation or comparable Department of War acquisition programs. The position may require on-site support at a government or contractor facility.
