Restaurant Technologies is hiring an Operations Manager, Service to lead depot-level service operations for its Total Oil Management system. The role manages the service team, safety, workforce planning, fleet and asset maintenance, customer outcomes, service execution, inventory, and financial performance while partnering with Distribution and Support Functions. It requires 2–4 years of relevant operations or service experience, people leadership experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and willingness to work hands-on in a fast-paced field environment. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with compensation of $75,000–$93,000 and a 15% annual bonus target.
