Downer is hiring an Operations Manager – Soft Services to lead safe, compliant, and customer-focused delivery of cleaning and catering services across six schools in the SA Schools PPP portfolio. The role oversees menus, food quality, food safety, hygiene, allergen controls, rosters, labour, budgets, purchasing, stock, suppliers, service continuity, client relationships, and dispersed teams. Candidates need operations leadership experience in multi-site catering, hospitality, cleaning, or integrated facilities services, strong catering and food-safety capabilities, and a current Working with Children Check or the ability to obtain one.
