ISS is hiring a full-time Operations Manager in Adelaide, South Australia to lead the delivery of Living and Work Services across a Defence contract. The role is a senior operational leadership position overseeing Hospitality, Cleaning, Accommodation, Laundry, Transport and Fitness services across metropolitan, regional and remote Defence locations. The manager will be responsible for service performance, customer experience, stakeholder engagement, compliance, team leadership, continuous improvement and contract delivery, with regular travel across South Australia.
