The Senior Construction Operations Manager oversees the operations of a profit center, including project selection, estimating, construction scheduling, cost control, subcontractor management, claims, QA/QC, project closeout, and personnel assignments. The role also supports the Senior Management Team with profitability, risk, performance, and personnel development responsibilities and requires extensive construction experience, an engineering degree or equivalent technical training, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
