Synagro is hiring a field operations manager to direct day-to-day land application operations, supervise employees and third-party contractors, coordinate logistics and equipment, manage project financials and scheduling, and ensure safe and compliant service delivery. The role requires daily local travel, heavy-equipment operation, strong communication and organizational skills, and 2–5 years of supervisory, operations, logistics, or contractor-management experience; agriculture, environmental services, or construction-management experience is preferred.
