Description
Veo is hiring an Operations Manager to lead dockless micromobility operations in a local market. The role oversees warehouse and field operations, manages fleet deployment and repositioning routes, maintains operational metrics and fleet health data, recruits and trains local teams, ensures compliance with city agreements and company procedures, and manages inventory. The manager will also perform physical tasks such as moving scooters, driving vans, and maintaining scooters. The position is fully onsite, requires a bachelor's degree and at least 1–2 years of operations experience in fleet, warehousing, distribution, delivery, or a similar field, and offers $60,000–$75,000 in base salary plus a quarterly performance bonus, equity, unlimited PTO, and medical, dental, and vision benefits.
