Lyra Health is hiring a full-time Operations Manager, Systems Architecture to lead and scale its Provider Core Ops Systems Implementation team. The role manages Systems Architecture leads and individual contributors, owns complex cross-system integrations and data pipelines across Workday, Salesforce, and downstream platforms, develops operational roadmaps, resolves cross-functional bottlenecks, and monitors system health and automation opportunities. Candidates need at least 8 years of experience in operations, systems architecture, business operations, program management, or a related technical-operations function, along with direct people-management and enterprise-integration experience. The anticipated annual base salary is $106,000–$162,000, with medical, dental, vision, FSA/HSA, equity, paid time off, parental leave, and other benefits.
