IntouchCX is hiring an Operations Manager to direct and manage operational activities for certain programs while contributing to the campus’s strategic direction. The role oversees staffing, performance, KPIs, service levels, team coaching and recruitment, reporting, operational improvements, staffing schedules, cross-functional collaboration, and partner meetings. Candidates need post-secondary education, at least five years of contact center experience, at least three years of operations management experience overseeing front-line employees, and experience with client relationship management, employee development, coaching, and escalated contact center issues.
