Waséyabek Federal Services, LLC is seeking an Operations Manager to lead Operations & Maintenance and Facilities Management activities for a large-scale federal facilities contract. The role directs contractor personnel, allocates labor and resources, oversees facilities operations and maintenance, ensures compliance with contractual, safety, and security requirements, coordinates with government stakeholders, and improves performance through process improvements. Candidates must hold an active Top Secret security clearance, have an associate's degree or equivalent training, and possess at least 15 years of O&M or facilities management experience plus 5 years managing services for large-scale facilities or government installations.
