WM is hiring an Operations Manager Trainee for a five-month leadership development program based in Londonderry, New Hampshire. The trainee will work primarily in the field, coaching frontline employees, improving operational efficiency, supporting DOT and OSHA safety programs, and learning dispatch, routing, fleet maintenance, and performance management. Successful completion may lead to a front-line Operations Manager role, with placement based on business needs and candidates required to relocate within the specified New England and New England market area if a position is not available at the training site. The program offers a salary range of $65,000 to $75,000 and medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
