Description
Via is hiring an Operations Manager for its Student Transit team to run daily onsite operations, manage driver supply and compliance, support drivers, respond to real-time service issues, analyze performance data, and improve service for students, districts, and families. The role is fully in-person with an expectation of being onsite four to five days per week and is based in the Sacramento, San Jose, or Santa Rosa area. Compensation is $65,000 to $75,000 per year, with medical plans and 401K matching.
