Description
The Management Consultant role provides implementation and transformational-change consulting to client organizations, coaching frontline managers and supervisors, analyzing business data, identifying operational waste, improving leadership and management behaviors, and supporting process and tool improvements. The position requires 100% weekly Sunday-Friday travel to designated project locations and includes medical, dental, vision, disability, retirement, paid leave, and travel reimbursement benefits. Applicants need a bachelor’s degree, at least five years of direct supervision and management experience, strong analytical and facilitation skills, advanced Excel proficiency, and the ability to pass background and drug screenings.
