Description
The Operations Officer performs Universal Banker duties and oversees the day-to-day operations of Universal Bankers, including branch opening and closing, employee scheduling, cash and ledger monitoring, transaction processing, regulatory compliance, ATM support, security procedures, facility coordination, and mentorship. The role also assumes Branch Manager responsibilities when unavailable and requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 2–5 years of consumer banking experience, platform or teller supervision and cash-handling experience, and strong customer service, communication, compliance, and problem-solving skills.
