Redwood Materials is hiring an Operations Packaging Supervisor for its McCarran facilities to lead finished-product packaging operations for battery materials and energy-storage products. The role is a frontline leadership position focused on safety, quality, traceability, customer requirements, and operational discipline while coordinating with Production, Quality, Warehouse, Logistics, Maintenance, and Engineering teams. The supervisor will coach and develop packaging operators, manage schedules and KPIs, maintain documentation, and drive continuous improvement in a full-time role with schedule flexibility required.
