Dow is hiring an Operation Performance Engineer at the Dow Mozzanica production plant in Italy. The role provides technical support to Operations, resolves plant issues, optimizes performance, supports EHS and process safety, analyzes operational and quality data, leads corrective and continuous-improvement actions, and supports maintenance, commissioning, start-up, and project handover. Candidates need a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant engineering or materials science field, 0–3 years of experience, and fluent Italian and English. Relocation is not supported, and the annualized gross salary range is €35,700–€63,420.
