Description
The Operations Planner role begins as a Landside Planner, coordinating container-terminal landside activities, container placement, transport-company contacts, damage investigations, and internal operational teams. After training and experience, the role can progress to Waterside Planning, coordinating vessel, terminal capacity, equipment, yard, and operational execution. The position requires a bachelor's or master's degree, strong analytical and hands-on skills, Dutch and English proficiency, and a rotating shift system including early, late, night, and Saturday work.
