Victoria’s Secret Beauty is hiring an Operations Planner to manage supply chain planning, costing, financial communication, on-time delivery, and inventory for specific business categories. The role serves as a trusted advisor to internal cross-functional partners and external vendors, overseeing vendor ordering, S&OP, production and shipment expediting, capacity planning, purchase-order negotiation, SAP MRP execution, inventory targets, BOM accuracy, and inventory-turn analysis. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field, 3–5 years of production planning, supply chain, or inventory management experience, and proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Office.
