Description
The Planner guides Napa Napa Facility daily operations and coordinates third-party laboratory, surveying, and inspection activities. The role schedules vessel product imports, domestic transfers, deliveries, tank-to-tank transfers, blending, and certification; prepares terminal plans, laboratory requests, stock reconciliation reports, process tickets, and regulatory reports; and supports refinery inventory, TMS, ePuma, and PIJ reconciliation. It requires an associate or bachelor’s degree, 1–3 years of related experience in production planning, process engineering, operations, hydrocarbon marketing, stock balancing, terminal operations, or laboratory work, and strong analytical, communication, and computer skills.
