Parkview Partners Capital Management is hiring an Operations/Practice Manager to oversee firm operations, lead and develop support staff, manage client onboarding and relationships, support compliance and risk management, and improve technology adoption. The role requires a bachelor’s degree, 5–7 years of progressive practice or operations management experience, financial-services knowledge, custodial-platform experience, and proficiency with office software, CRM systems, and portfolio-management software. The position offers a base salary of $75,000–$85,000 per year, performance bonuses, 100% paid medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 3% 401(k) match, and paid time off.
