The role requires a bachelor's degree in industrial or manufacturing engineering or a related field, five years of related manufacturing, operations, or engineering experience, and experience leading continuous improvement or lean initiatives. The position is onsite, requires United States work authorization without sponsorship, and may involve travel to Emerson factories in the United States, UAE, and Sweden.
