Description
The Operations Process Engineer supports day-to-day manufacturing operations, improves production processes, increases equipment reliability, and drives continuous improvement initiatives within the Wheel Plant. The role involves working closely with various departments like Operations, Maintenance, Quality, and Engineering to enhance safety, throughput, yield, and equipment uptime. Key responsibilities include providing technical support, leading troubleshooting, analyzing production performance, conducting root cause investigations, implementing process improvements, supporting new equipment integration, and developing sustainable manufacturing processes.
