SpotmyEnergy is hiring an Operations Process Manager to own and improve core operational processes from concept through implementation, including logistics, supply chain, technician dispatching, billing, ERP systems, data structures, external interfaces, AI and agent automation, KPI and reporting frameworks, and operational projects. The role requires process-oriented experience, strong execution, technical affinity, Excel and forecasting skills, C1–C2 German and English, and regular presence in the Cologne office.
