Description
The Manufacturing Program Manager coordinates with Operations Program Management and Manufacturing Managers to manage manufacturing programs from fabrication through factory acceptance testing. Responsibilities include maintaining project schedules, defining work breakdown structures, preparing cost and man-hour rationales, coordinating production meetings, monitoring spend and earned-value inputs, controlling manufacturing costs, and providing cost and utilization reports. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience, three to five years of project financial analysis experience, formal Earned Value Management training or equivalent, and strong organizational and communication skills. The Maryland salary range is $68,000–$110,000, with possible discretionary bonuses and benefits including health and disability insurance, a 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts or HSAs, EAP, tuition reimbursement, parental leave, paid time off, and company-paid holidays.
