Description
The Operations Program Manager will own and execute complex product launch and sustaining lifecycle programs, define business and product requirements, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage BOM changes and post-ramp qualification, and drive cost, quality, delivery, compliance, and supply-chain improvements. The role also supports AI-enabled process improvement, supplier engagement, regional localization, and technical capability development, with some travel required. Candidates need at least 5 years of program management or technical project management experience and 4 years of full product life-cycle experience.
